Job description

We are currently looking for an HR Officer for our central secretariat. This is a permanent contract of 26.6 hours. As an HR Officer, you are responsible for payroll and the processing of our personnel administration. Behind the scenes, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You have a thorough knowledge of social and legal legislation and are therefore an important point of contact for our employees. Are you accurate, are you good at planning and organizing and do you enjoy applying your knowledge in the day-to-day practice of a non-profit organization? Then we are looking for you!

  • You are responsible for payroll and personnel administration.

  • You follow the social legislation of JC 329.01, are aware of current legal events.

  • You manage the time registration system (working time)

  • You provide support to employees with questions about employment contracts, time credit, illness, leave, etc.)

  • You are the point of contact for the responsible financial policy and HR.

  • Together with the secretariat team, you arrange operational support for scratch-wide events such as staff days.

 

Profile

  • Knowledge of and experience with social legislation, labour law, personnel administration

  • Knowledge of and experience with various  systems (working time, office, payroll)

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably within the social domain, is an added value
