
Customer Service Officer
Job description
Our Customer Service consists of 5 people and we are currently looking for an additional Customer Service Officer to strengthen this team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in the experience of our partners and our internal teams.
👉 Your missions :
You provide administrative support to the Account Managers (internal colleagues) 💼
You ensure optimal service by answering questions from the partners (the intermunicipal companies, collectors and transporters) and you guide them step by step through their administrative obligations.
You are responsible for the registration of data linked to the contracts in our internal software as well as the data of the various parties involved (after internal training).
You are responsible for the preparation of the manual purchase orders for our partners.
Profile

You have a higher education degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative position. 🎓
You are bilingual (French/Dutch) and have a good knowledge of English.
You have a good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have an affinity with the use of a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 📣
You work together with your conversation partner to always find a good solution to problems, you work closely with your contacts and keep them informed.
You are able to work both individually and in a team and with precision in stressful situations.
You are customer-oriented, meticulous and know how to set priorities.
