Our Customer Service consists of 5 people and we are currently looking for an additional Customer Service Officer to strengthen this team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in the experience of our partners and our internal teams.

👉 Your missions :

  • You provide administrative support to the Account Managers (internal colleagues) 💼

  • You ensure optimal service by answering questions from the partners (the intermunicipal companies, collectors and transporters) and you guide them step by step through their administrative obligations. 

  • You are responsible for the registration of data linked to the contracts in our internal software as well as the data of the various parties involved (after internal training). 

  • You are responsible for the preparation of the manual purchase orders for our partners

Profile

  • You have a higher education degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative position. 🎓

  • You are bilingual (French/Dutch) and have a good knowledge of English.

  • You have a good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have an affinity with the use of a CRM (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus).

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 📣

  • You work together with your conversation partner to always find a good solution to problems, you work closely with your contacts and keep them informed.

  • You are able to work both individually and in a team and with precision in stressful situations.

  • You are customer-oriented, meticulous and know how to set priorities.
