Job description

As part of its development, ETHIQUABLE Benelux is looking for its versatile logistics employee! Here is an overview of the missions and roles:

Logistics :

You will be primarily responsible for receiving goods, preparing orders, managing stocks while keeping the warehouse in order and respecting safety and hygiene rules. With the mission of ensuring that our customers receive their order on time.

Administrative and commercial :

When your logistics activity allows it, you will be a support for the administrative and commercial team.       

  • Receipt of orders

  • Order picking

  • Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Commercial and administrative support (order encoding, printing of purchase orders, etc.)


Education & Experience

  • You already have experience in order picking and logistics

  • You are comfortable with administrative tasks behind a desk and computer while remaining focused.

  • Very good spoken and written French. If you can get by in Dutch, that's a plus

  • You have your Retrack certificate and small internal transport (stacker, electric pallet truck)

  • IT doesn't scare you (email management, use of software specific to logistics). It is essential that you can get by well with Outlook, Excel and Word.


  • You have developed organisational skills and practical skills .

  • You are precise and rigorous while working quickly.

  • You are able to manage priorities autonomously and move from one task to another quickly.

  • Be physically fit

Soft skills

  • You are customer satisfaction and solution oriented.

  • Proactive and autonomous, you are a person capable of carrying out several tasks/projects at the same time.

  • You enjoy the variety of tasks and learning new things. You feel like a fish in water in an evolving environment.

  • You enjoy working both in a team and independently.

  • You identify with ETHIQUABLE's vision and mission and are ready to defend its values.
