Job description

To strengthen our team and support growth, we are looking for an Assistant administratif Accountant.

His mission is to assist our Accounting Manager in his administrative work for the management of current accounting tasks as well as for the processing of invoices and payments. He/she also plays a role in the administrative management of Human Resources.

The position is based in Anderlecht. This is a full-time CDI (part time can be discussed).

The objectives of the function:

  • Be the point of contact for eFarmz's accounting, in collaboration with an external accounting office

  • Perform accounting encoding (purchasing, financial, etc.)

  • Ensure the management and payment of supplier invoices without delay (10,000 invoices per year)

  • Ensure the follow-up of customer invoices

  • Extract the financial reports and analyses necessary for management

  • Assume the administrative follow-up of human resources: contracts for new employees, follow-up of services and administrative procedures in collaboration with the social secretariat

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or management

  • Ambition and ability to evolve with the development of the company

  • Autonomous, Entrepreneurial & hands-on

  • Rigorous, attention to detail with strong analytical, organizational and execution skills

  • Proactif, problem solver, results-oriented: you get things done

  • In-depth proficiency in Excel

  • Strong involvement, able to work on different projects in parallel

  • Empathetic, you like to work in a team

  • Experience with Microsoft Winbooks/Logistics/Horus is a plus

  • Relevant experience in accounting is also a plus

  • And of course an affinity for sustainable food and local and organic products
