
Real Estate Surveyor Teacher
Job description
As a part-time real estate valuation teacher, you will play a key role in the development of the Valuation, Inventory and Real Estate Mediation axis of our program. You will actively contribute to the design, facilitation and development of the courses, in collaboration with a young, dynamic and committed teaching team. You will participate in the development of educational content aligned with the realities of the surveyor's profession.
👉 In concrete terms, your missions include:
Design and deliver courses, practical work and supervision related to real estate expertise (evaluation, inventories, mediation, etc.)
Supporting students in their projects, internships, end-of-study assignments, etc.
Participate in the co-construction of our training offer, in line with the needs of the sector.
Contribute to the integration of ethical and legal aspects in teaching.
👩 🏫 You will be involved in the following teaching units:
📚 Real estate valuation course (1st master's degree, Q1 – 72 hours of course) which includes:
Procedure and types of expertise (amicable, judicial, conciliation)
Real estate reports (joint ownership, acceptance of work)
State of play
Real Estate Appraisal
Introduction to the organisation of the cadastre in Belgium
🤝 Participation in the integration workshop. This includes supervising practical work related to expertise, integrated into a different interdisciplinary project each year. (2nd master's degree, Q1 – 7h).
Profile
🎓 Training & technical skills
Diploma of real estate surveyor, surveying engineer or geomatics specialist issued in Belgium.
Registration with the Order of Belgian Surveyors (compulsory).
Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of real estate valuation.
Experience in mediation (judicial or conventional).
Experience in forensic expertise is an asset.
A first experience in teaching is a plus.
Good knowledge of English is desired.
