Job description

The Public Centre for Social Action of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is recruiting for its Professional Integration Service - Guidance  Pole An Integration Agent (m/f/x) under a full-time fixed-term contract until 31 December 2024, on the B1 or BH1  scale of the civil service with entry into service as soon as possible.

The mission of this service is to lead users by the most direct route to sustainable and quality employment. This support includes the development of a professional project that takes into account the skills and professional experience of each person, as well as the realities of the job market.

To do this, the integration agent will be required to carry out the following tasks:

  • Identify profiles and organize the pre-selection of beneficiaries for available offers;

  • Organize quarterly evaluations and, if necessary, mediation with users and external partners;

  • Encourage the mobilization of beneficiaries;

  • Propose to the Special Committees, in compliance with the Council's regulations and guidelines, that the costs necessary for the implementation of integration pathways be covered.

Profile

Conditions of participation in the recruitment :

  • Hold a diploma as a social worker, integration agent or equivalent (minimum bachelor's degree).

Behavioural skills:

  • Be user-oriented ;

  • Demonstrate clear oral and written communication;

  • Be able to organize and prioritize tasks.

Technical skills:

  • Have knowledge of the network that acts in terms of training and employment ;

  • Knowing how to cooperate with a public that is far from the job market and the obstacles inherent in this situation;

  • Have a perfect command of the French language.

  • To know BSP tools and to determine professional projects;

  • Be a bit idealistic ;

  • To be familiar with CPAS legislation, labour law, subsidised employment, social security and the labour market;

  • Have knowledge of Dutch and be in possession of the Selor language certificate, corresponding to your level of function.
