Job description

As a Public Procurement Manager, you will organise and coordinate the procurement process for the Pharmacy Department.

You will work closely with the pharmacists in charge of pharmacy purchasing and the pharmacist heads of department.

In a transversal way, you will be in contact with hospital pharmacists, user doctors, the nursing department, the IT department, lawyers and medical representatives.

Your main activities are:

  • The drafting of specifications in compliance with the legislation in force and the needs of the users.

  • The complete management of the public procurement process, from the preparation to the publication of notices, including the analysis of tenders and the management of possible appeals.

  • Planning and monitoring of ongoing public procurement, ensuring that deadlines are met.

  • Ensure the smooth execution of contracts, including the management of emergency situations such as stock-outs.

Profile

Conditions of engagement:

  • You hold a university degree such as a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences

  • You demonstrate mastery of "Pack Office"

Additional Skills:

  • You are aware of the legislation on public procurement

  • You demonstrate experience in the field of public procurement, medicines and/or medical devices
