Job description
Overall Objective and Purpose of the Function :
Ensure the operational and administrative management of the maintenance contracts of the HVAC-S division of the technical department
Ensure the supervision and support of the subcontractors of the HVAC-S operation
Ensure timely compliance and related documentary traceability
The supervisor, in compliance with internal rules and processes:
Ensures the technical and administrative management:
Keeping up to date on the technical department's SharePoint of the various contracts and amendments related to the division
Monitoring of compliance by archiving regulatory certificates and guaranteeing the follow-up of non-conformities and possible infringements through their analyses and surveys
Supervises the subcontractors of the HVAC-S operation
Doing everything possible to guarantee the operational medical and care activity
Ensures the daily follow-up of user intervention requests
Ensures compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule
Ensures the pipes, in order to optimize the energy consumption of the installations
Coordinates the technical operator's preventive and corrective interventions with regard to the occupants
Participates in maintenance inspections carried out by a third-party organization
Ensures compliance with safety rules within the hospital

Heat and Cold Production and Distribution
Ventilation
Air Handling Unit with Filtration/Absolute Filtration
Humidification and dehumidification
TCH control & electrical panel
Treatment and distribution of softened and reverse osmosis water
Production and distribution of domestic hot water
Water supply and drains
Sanitary facilities
Steam production and distribution
Technical supervision systems (BMS - HVAC).
Compressed air production
Schedule :
38 hours/week over 5 days (8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:36 p.m.)
If necessary, work at staggered hours and/or on weekends
Technical on-call at home at the rate of one week every 5 weeks, with the possibility of on-site call-back
Profile
Required qualifications :
Minimum BAC+3 training (electromechanical sector) or equivalent through experience in a hospital environment or in the industrial sector
Proficiency in computer tools (PC – operating system – Office suite – Outlook) and ability to familiarize oneself with new programs and tools
Reading and understanding of architectural plans, electrical plans, HVACS technical plans and drawings
The following are a + for the function :
Knowledge of EBI BMS
Use of Microsoft tools and software
Good communication to be able to work as a team
