Job description
As an administrative secretary for the occupational therapy and physiotherapy sector, you are in charge of:
Keeping administrative documents up to date (INAMI applications and returns, sector meetings,...)
Centralization of scientific activities
Monitoring of sector dashboards
Drafting of documents (updating of procedures, newsletter, internship grids, website,...)
STP pre-encoding
Profile
You have a Bachelor's degree in secretarial work
You are proficient in secretarial techniques and common computer tools
You are proficient in typing and have a varied knowledge of medical terminology
Your spelling is impeccable
Knowledge of EPIC (hospital software for clinics) is an asset
You have teamwork, organisational, adaptable and anticipatory skills
You know how to work within a large multidisciplinary team
