Job description

Under the responsibility of the Control Manager, you will participate in the operational management of the Wallonia and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg sector. In the spirit of the company's mission-vision, you ensure the proper functioning and organization of controls. You will be responsible for the hierarchical management of a team of 16 controllers spread across Wallonia.

Together with the Control Manager and the Area Manager Flanders and the Netherlands, you will be part of the staff of the Control Department, which ensures the core business of Certisys:

You participate in the scheduling of controls (audits, sampling, unannounced checks, etc.) and set the operational objectives of your sector
You ensure that the appropriate tools and techniques are used, and participate in the continuous improvement of processes
You will assist controllers in their analysis of complex situations and take the necessary initiatives to ensure that the appropriate solutions are put in place
You coordinate the activities of your team members (training, coaching) and promote good collaboration within the department
You monitor KPIs and carry out evaluations of your team of controllers
You ensure that the company's mission-vision and values are understood and respected by your team

Profile

You have at least a higher degree with a scientific orientation such as Bioengineering, Industrial Engineer in Agronomy, Chemistry, or similar.
You have at least 4 years of experience in a controller or auditor position, and 4 years in a team coordination or management position.
You have a perfect command of French, active knowledge of Dutch and English is required.
You are proficient in the Office suite and Power BI.
You are recognized for your qualities in terms of rigor, organization, communication and team management.
You are used to working within the regulatory framework and quality standards.
You are familiar with the world of organic production, agri-food and/or certification.
You are interested in sustainable projects and a meaningful profession.
