  • Opening/Closing of the restaurant

  • Administration Management

  • Set-up, service

  • Stock management

  • Follow-up of internal events

  • Responsible for teams, equipment, drinks

  • Head of the department: know-how and interpersonal skills

  • Quality control, training

  • Implementation of procedures

Profile

Know how to:

  • Management experience (team, schedules, orders, emails)

  • A 2-year Horeca experience desired

  • HACCP Concepts

  • FR & EN or NL & EN

Knowing how to be:
