Quatre Quarts

Born as a "citizen café", Quatre Quarts is a third place established in the former passenger building of the Court-Saint-Etienne station since June 2015. Driven by a citizen dynamism and a social project, the place has set up a multitude of activities, ranging from a sustainable canteen to citizen workshops, from cultural events to craft markets, while relying on a network of local partners.

The heart of the project lies in the more than 300 socio-cultural activities, self-supported by citizens and associations, which are hosted in the place, while the economic lung is embodied by the canteen which offers lunch and dinner dishes with local and seasonal ingredients, acquired mostly in short and organic circuits. and entirely homemade.

Managed under shared governance (sociocracy), the project is carried out by just under 10 employees, 3 to 5 people in the integration process (article 60) and dozens of volunteers.
