About the company

At CO-HO, we believe that the places of tomorrow will not only be built: they will be lived.

CO-HO is a design studio of experiential modular spaces that imagines, develops and operates places where architecture, community and hospitality meet.

Our mission: to transform underused spaces into inspiring and sustainable destinations, designing with what already exists, according to needs and always putting the human experience at the center.

Through our projects such as ALMA (urban regeneration & activation of community places) and Revivio (slow hospitality & eco-retreats), we are developing a new generation of hybrid places: more flexible, more responsible and deeply connected to their environment.

Our approach is based on three convictions:

  • Design with what we have : using constraints, existing resources and reuse as drivers of creativity.

  • Experience before product : a successful space is not only measured in square metres, but in the emotions, encounters and memories it creates.

  • Community first : we create places where people reconnect with themselves, others and their environment.

We are now at a key moment in our history: after having laid the foundations (brands, concepts, partners, first projects), we are entering a phase of execution and deployment.

Joining CO-HO today is not joining a traditional company. Thanks to our ecosystem vision, it means participating in the construction of a creative and entrepreneurial platform that wants to rethink the way we share, travel, work and gather.

We are looking for people who can dream big, but above all to build concretely.

Builders. Curious, demanding, autonomous people who like to turn ambitious ideas into reality.

Our culture:
A lot of confidence, little ego, an obsession with impact, beauty and experience. Because in the end, we don't build spaces.

We create places where people want to be.
