Dive Deep
Rompe Mar is a premium brand of pisco, a refined Peruvian spirit made from grapes, with an alcohol content of 40%. This unique product stands out for its versatility, lending itself to both pure and cocktail consumption. Pisco, known for its aromatic richness, has the potential to become the next great spirit after tequila, appealing to lovers of authentic and refined flavors. We work closely with a Peruvian family distillery, with three generations of know-how, located in the same region where the grape varieties used to produce this exceptional pisco grow.
At the same time, we recently opened an office in Europe to accelerate our development on the continent. However, our commitment does not stop there. Inspired by the ocean, we are also deeply invested in protecting the environment and seek to incorporate sustainable practices into all our operations. These initiatives reflect our desire to position ourselves as a brand that is not only innovative, but also environmentally responsible.

Desired skills:

As an Associate, your benefits will be:
Participation in the company's capital
Attractive commissions on sales generated
Salary conditions equivalent to those of the founder after fundraising
Equal status with other founders (equal weight in decision-making)
Family business: We collaborate with the family-owned Peruvian distillery "Bodega Santa Maria", which has been operating for three generations. Having visited more than 27 distilleries in Peru, our commitment to offering a product of excellence is reflected in the use of advanced technologies and traditional know-how.
Support for the local economy: Rompe Mar Pisco promotes the local economy by harvesting grapes from the vineyards of Lunahuaná and using handcrafted copper stills, reducing waste and supporting regional jobs.
Ecological commitment for the ocean: Our brand is inspired by the sea, which is why we are in discussions for a collaboration with Wings of the Ocean, an NGO dedicated to cleaning up the oceans. We plan to donate part of our profits and participate in their clean-up missions.
Cofounder
My name is Guillaume. After spending 10 years in Mexico, where I launched the brand, I returned to Europe by sailboat. I also co-founded Flemar, a social impact company that makes the coziest slippers in the world. The idea came about to help a friend in a wheelchair who had cold feet and needed specially adapted slippers. Today, I am determined to make Rompe Mar the leading premium pisco brand for export.
I strongly believe in the importance of working with partners who share my values, such as our collaboration with a family distillery and our commitment with Wings of the Ocean to clean the oceans. For me, entrepreneurship is as much a human adventure as a quest for success, and I am convinced that one can combine passion, ethics, and performance.
