Leïla Maidane - InterSkillar / Femmes Fiers - I want to reconcile young people with the job market

What an episode!

Leïla has a mission that drives her at the moment and that is to reconcile young people with the job market.

This is what she started to do with InterSkillar whose objective is to empower and emancipate young job seekers to help them find their first job.

But Leïla is also much more than InterSkillar.

And as proof, we covered a lot of topics in this episode:

• You'll hear it, it starts quite quickly with a philosophical discussion about the future and our relationship to our needs and it did me good to put aside my very down-to-earth approach.

• Leïla also shares with us her rather eventful career. First Brussels, then Montreal and finally London where she launched her first professional project in the music industry at the dawn of her twenties. And then, back in Brussels, she didn't hesitate (and she was right), she tried a lot of jobs in a lot of companies!

• So, it's clearly not a linear journey and I love it! Leïla demonstrates once again that many paths can lead you to find your place.

• And then, we talked about her projects: Femmes Fières and InterSkillar and we deepened the latter. I wanted to dig into the reality of launching a public utility project, namely autonomy in the face of the job market, while evolving in a private structure.

• Finally, we went back to the philosophy discussion. We talked about his vision for the future, the impact of artificial intelligence in his sector and even the future of Europe.

Once again, a great program and something to sink your teeth into.
