Job description
As a Talent Management Advisor, you are part of the Talent Management Center of Excellence: a small, supportive and enthusiastic team of expertise consisting of a team leader and two Talent Management Advisors.
At the service of Partenamut, Belgium's first French-speaking Top Employer health insurance fund, the Talent Management Centre of Excellence is responsible for :
The development of cross-functional policies and processes related to talent management in the broadest sense in the following HR areas: skills, performance, internal talent management, departure management, absenteeism, management of the last third of a career, etc.
Complete process management, monitoring and continuous improvement
To provide, in its field of expertise, advice, services and solutions adapted to the needs and challenges of the business.
On a daily basis :
You are responsible for the company's performance management process.
You ensure the smooth running of the performance system in collaboration with the HRBP and the management (plan and organize the key stages of the cycle, write and make available documentation for the various target audiences, create and manage forms in the HRIS, train and advise the HRBP for the conduct of reviews, consolidate the results and produce reports, produce follow-up notes for the Executive Committee and the Trade Union Delegation, provide feedback for continuous improvement, etc.).
You are responsible for certain end-to-end internal talent management processes such as: departure management, retention process, support for the last third of the career, ...
You advise HR Partners and the business on the processes for which you are responsible.
You actively participate in cross-functional HR working groups in which you represent the team.
You manage, together with the other team members, the team's mailbox : empathetic consideration and proactive response to requests from our colleagues and internal customers.
You will monitor changes in your areas of responsibility for HR trends in the broadest sense, relying in particular on your network (digitalisation, external best practices and market trends).
You are the reference person for our HRIS (mpleo) for Talent Management subjects.
Profile
You have a Master's degree in HRM (or equivalent) and at least 5 years' professional experience in human resources (consultant, generalist and/or soft part).
You have good knowledge in the field of talent management (performance, competence, talent management).
Your global vision (helicopter view) ensures you an excellent ability to analyze data/information in order to generate continuous improvement.
You have a first use of an HRIS tool.
You make decisions based on analyzed data. To do this, you have a perfect command of Excel. Mastery of the fundamentals of data (reliability, analysis, interpretation and use in the management of the activity) is an essential prerequisite for the exercise of this function.
You grasp conceptual concepts with ease.
Curious· practices of other companies and you are happy to use them as inspiration for your reflections.
Your proactivity and pragmatism allow you to formulate proposals in line with the needs of our internal customers.
Your clear and dynamic communication as well as your ability to give and receive feedback make you a positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
