R&D Engineer in Automation - Research and Education
Job description
We are looking for an R&D Engineer in Automation, Research and Teaching.
You will intervene at two levels:
In terms of research : You will participate in the ECLAIR research project which aims to develop open source software (MuPhyN), as part of an applied research funding, in collaboration with the Haute École Louvain en Hainaut, for a period of two years.
Pedagogically: As a teacher, you will actively contribute to the educational activities of the Bachelor's and Master's programs in industrial engineering. In this role, you will be involved in courses, exercise sessions, projects and practical work, mainly in the fields of electricity and automation.
Profile
🎓 Training & technical skills
Master's degree in engineering, with a specialization in automation.
Skills in industrial automation.
Good command of digital tools, including Python and Matlab/Simulink.
Knowledge of related fields such as regulation and control, measurement and instrumentation, electrical engineering or electrical drives is an asset.
Good command of English, some courses may be taught in whole or in part in this language.
