JOB 🤝 DESCRIPTION
The person is responsible for personnel administration, payroll , and HR support to managers and teams. It actively contributes to the development of employees and the maintenance of a positive working environment in line with Belgian social legislation, while supporting the corporate culture.
Personnel Administration & Payroll
Ensure the administrative follow-up of staff from the arrival to the exit of employees (contracts, amendments, Dimona, personnel files, affiliations, social documents and legal formalities).
Prepare and control the monthly payroll elements in close cooperation with the external social secretariat SD Worx.
Ensuring compliance with the legal obligations in terms of Belgian social legislation.
To be the main point of contact for the SD Worx external social secretariat .
Time management
Supervise work performance and schedules with managers via the Shyfter system for office workers.
Coordinate with managers and operations coordinators, the follow-up of absences of all types (illness, legal leave, thematic leave), as well as the collection and recording of medical certificates.
To support and advise managers in the correct application of the work regulations and the respect of the various social obligations related to working time.
HR support and team support
Provide expert advice and daily support to managers on all HR topics (employment law, career management, team development).
Support and inform the teams on working conditions, social legislation and internal policies.
Ensure the follow-up of HR indicators (eBloom, absenteeism, turnover, etc.) and support the implementation of action plans with the CEO and the Management Team.
Participate in the development and implementation of skills development and training plans.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing HR processes and tools , by proposing optimizations and innovations.
Profile
You have a background in Human Resources, Personnel Management or equivalent.
You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a generalist HR function including payroll and personnel administration.
You have a good knowledge of Belgian social legislation and its practical applications.
Experience with SD Worx and/or Shyfter is a real asset.
You are organized· e, rigorous· SE and able to manage multiple files simultaneously.
You are discreet and confidential.
You like human contact and have an excellent sense of service.
You are autonomous while enjoying teamwork.
Perfect command of French. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
