Job description
We are looking for a hybrid marketing and communication operations manager who is not only a storyteller but also a "passionate about efficiency". Your goal is to manage the Foundation's visibility while leveraging AI to automate recurring tasks, leaving more time for high-value, strategic tasks.
Key Responsibilities
With the help of the team, you will be responsible for:
1. Branding, Content Creation, and Community Management
Assist in the development and deployment of the communications strategy for the Pulse Foundation and its programs.
Manage the editorial calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram) and publish corporate content focused on vision, impact, and community.
Manage recruitment campaigns for our programs.
Create engaging content (interviews, reports, ...) or collaborate with agencies to achieve this (short videos, podcasts, ...).
Monitor and track performance through monthly KPIs and adjust strategy based on data-driven data.
Participate in the structuring and optimization of our CRM databases (tags, audiences) for targeted communication.
Create and send emails and newsletters, ensuring a high open rate and conversions.
Maintain and supervise our websites (3) to ensure the accuracy of information.
2. AI, automation and workflow optimization
Design and deploy AI agents (Claude Projects and automations via Zapier/Make) to manage recurring tasks: email filtering, first drafts of reports, subtitling on social networks, data cleaning...
Identify "low-value" manual tasks within the communication department and implement technical solutions to eliminate them.
Automation between CRM and Mailchimp.
NB: The Pulse Foundation welcomes applications for quality internships throughout the year. Together with the interns, you will act as a mentor, overseeing the onboarding process and managing them. Your ability to delegate recurring tasks to interns is essential to maintaining a high-level focus on strategic marketing goals.
Profile
Experience: 2-5 years in Communication/Marketing with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
AI native: you know how to prompt, build agents and integrate AI into your daily workflow to save hours of work.
Languages: professional-level of English. Knowledge of French/Dutch is a very strong asset.
Technical stack: mastery of Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business, Google Ads, Frame.io, CRM tools and automation tools (Zapier/Make).
Mindset: highly organized and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Why apply?
A transversal role with high impact on the Belgian entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Collaboration with purpose-driven teams
Opportunity to shape internal processes that will endure beyond your tenure
Supportive, entrepreneurial culture where initiative is valued
Hybrid working (Brussels 2x/week) in a dynamic environment where creativity meets systemic impact.
Compensation package aligned with market practice.
