Bar Manager 30h/week

Join Café Ania as a Bar Manager and embody hospitality.

Your main missions will include:

1. Bar service

• Bar set-up : check the stock, fill the fridges with drinks, prepare the necessary things.

• Serves customers: doses and mixes drinks (cocktails, long drinks), aperitifs, beer, coffee, soft drinks, etc.; provides the necessary accessories and decoration.

• Prepare small hot and cold snacks ;

• Cash management. Prepares the bill and checks the money returned, the allocation to the cash register.

• Cleans the bar, maintains the counter; Ensures order and cleanliness in the bar. Gathers and sorts garbage and washes glasses.

2. Operational Management

• Stock management: In conjunction with the Commissary Manager, you will participate in the management of orders, inventories and rigorously control the rotation of the bar's raw materials.

• Maintenance & HACCP: You ensure the proper maintenance of bar equipment and ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

• Management tools: You will ensure the encoding of data and the follow-up of technical sheets via our internal tools (Apic Base and Restomax).

3. Field Management

• Team leadership: You will participate in the reception and integration of new employees of the bar team.

• Professional culture: You maintain a benevolent, stimulating and rigorous work environment, focused on the transmission of bar and mixology techniques.

• A similar experience in the field of Horeca / Bar & Catering

• Good communication

• Fluency in English, the practice of other languages is a plus.

The interviews will take place with the bar manager William Yang, before a meeting with the team in a second phase. The manager will be working from September 2026.
