Salesperson (Etterbeek/Saint Gilles store)

We are looking for our future Yumaner Sales Consultant.

Your first mission will be to welcome and advise our customers looking for circular solutions for their daily needs. Your second mission will be to help make our stores in Etterbeek or Saint Gilles reference places for responsible consumption in Brussels.

We will strengthen your talents, your ability to take initiative and challenge you!

Your role in the team

• You play a pro-active role in the smooth running of the store and the reception of customers: information, checkout, restocking, improvements.

• You are in charge of advising our customers thanks to a good knowledge of our partners and the circular specificities of their products.

• You are fully responsible for Yuman Village on certain days (opening, closing, management).

• You are entrusted with one or the other role within the store according to your affinities: staging, stock management, events, ...

• Smiling and open

• Customer service is second nature

• Curious, you want to specialize in the knowledge of the circular economy and share the stories of our partners

• You have a spirit of initiative

• You like teamwork

• Ideally trilingual operational: you can communicate with customers in French, Dutch and English, which is a must
