We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our thriving team. If you have a quick wit, a welcoming attitude, and a knack for effective management, this is the position for you!
Exceptional Customer Service & Welcome: Adopt a warm and caring approach towards our customers. Your ability to build trust and offer personalized service is essential.
Management and Leadership: With your 5 years of experience in the HORECA field, you will be responsible for managing orders, schedules and supervising the team. You will also be responsible for recruiting and training students to strengthen our team.
Organization and Efficiency: With a strong sense of priorities, you will ensure that waiting times are limited and that an excellent customer experience is maintained. You will be in charge of coordinating with the kitchen and managing the caterers.
Quality & Hygiene: Make sure that the restaurant remains an example in terms of hygiene and quality. You will be responsible for the stock, the good running of the brewery and the presence of the staff.
Additional Sales: Your commercial acumen will be an asset to increase sales and contribute to the success of our brewery.
You have solid experience in the HORECA sector (ideally 5 years).
You are available quickly.
You have excellent communication, team management and organizational skills.

A stable job of 38 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with every other Saturday.
The possibility to concentrate on the lunch service, with an early closing in the evening.
