As an Associate, you ensure a qualitative and personalized experience for customers and visitors. You will warmly welcome and advise customers, restock shelves and stocks, and work at the checkout, in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Service: Warmly welcome, advise and serve the customers of the establishment.

• Restocking : Restocking shelves, displays, fridges and stocks.

• Caisse : Work at the caisse with friendliness, rigour and professionalism.

• Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Procedures : Follow hygiene and food safety protocols.

• Versatility: Switch between tasks as needed.

• Ideally, you have experience in the HORECA or retail sector.

• You are customer-oriented, results-oriented, and solution-oriented.

• You're smiling· organized, and rigorous.

• You are dynamic and you like to invest in the clients and the team.

• You are fluent in French. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is an asset.

• Meeting with the Human Resources Manager and a member of management to deepen your experience and skills in team management.

• Start date of the contract adaptable according to the candidates' requirements.
