Co-Packing Manager
Job description
Mission of the position
Guarantee the proper coordination and productivity of handling/co-packing activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and deadline standards, while supporting employees with disabilities towards performance and autonomy.
The Handling/Co-packing Manager is a leader in the field, ambassador of Manufast to its employees and customers.
Role in the organization
Reports directly to the Logistics Manager
Supervises and supports teams of employees with disabilities
Works in collaboration with other departments and services
Is a contact person for customers in the field for their production scope

Ensure the smooth running of production operations (handling / co-packing)
Optimize human and material resources according to capacities and needs
Ensuring quality, safety and timeliness
Encourage positive behaviors and versatility in the team
Contribute to the continuous training and well-being of employees
Ensure smooth communication between the field, management and customers
✅ Key Responsibilities and Activities
Organization & Production
Study the job, identify complexities, prepare for the start
Organize human resources according to the capabilities of employees
Manage daily and weekly planning and priorities
Quality & Safety
Apply and enforce quality controls and procedures
Encode clocking and production data into the ERP
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures
Coaching & Leadership
Leading, motivating and supporting your team on a daily basis
Encourage positive behaviours and cohesion
Participate in the training and upskilling of staff
Managing small conflicts and promoting a climate of respect
Maintenance & Reporting
Ensure the maintenance of equipment and report the need for intervention
Escalate information useful for closing jobs and cost control
Report any incident or malfunction
Profile
🎓 Education / Experience
Ideally equivalent experience in a company with a social purpose
Experience in team management
Proven experience in production and/or logistics
Knowledge of ERP systems (asset)
Computer Science (Microsoft office/ ms365)
Basic proficiency in office automation and coding tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
