Job description

You'll help design and improve workflows for:

Rental lifecycle: tracking devices from shipment to return
Maintenance & refurbishment: defining steps for cleaning, testing, and repackaging
Loss/damage handling and service turnaround
Process documentation: SOPs, checklists, and simple dashboards
Optionally, explore digital tools

Profile

Engineering, logistics, or business student 🎓
Process-oriented, detail-focused, and autonomous
Interested in quality, circular economy, or product operations
