Your role is to sell our professional service in Flanders. In concrete terms, your mission is to develop the Javry customer base in Flanders. On the one hand, you receive hot leads through our digital marketing and, on the other hand, you develop your own portfolio through prospecting. Once the lead is in your hands, you follow it until closing: qualification, needs analysis, submission of offer, negotiation and signature. You manage both small accounts remotely (email/phone) and large accounts that require on-site appointments.
Your missions will be:
Qualify inbound leads
Prospect for new customers
Improving Javry's Processes
Send, track, and close quotes
Visit your prospects and customers on-site
Establish a relationship of trust with your customers
Keep the CRM up to date: tasks, calls, pipe status, ...
Develop, improve and maintain your customer portfolio
Improve Javry's communication (website, sales deck, newsletter,...)
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Present and explain, in customers or at our showroom, professional coffee machines
You speak and write perfect Dutch
You have experience with a sales CRM
You are goal-oriented and results-driven
You have 1 year of sales experience (prospecting and/or closing)
You're excited about joining a small business to grow fast and far
During the day, you only want to get up and ring the bell when you close a deal!

You have experience in entrepreneurship
You speak and write in French and/or English
You have experience in the world of coffee
You are friendly, dynamic and never hesitate to make good jokes
You are tech-friendly and you have an advanced mastery of digital tools of biz dev (Phantombuster, Lemlist, Outreach, Hubspot, Salesforce, ...).
