Job description

You translate the company's strategic ambition into an action plan to be implemented. Your ability to anticipate allows you to intervene in change management, you are one of the pivots of the organization. You set up actions to increase visibility on the one hand for Entropy Restaurant in order to bring more customers and on the other hand Hearth Project as part of our values of raising awareness in the fight against food waste.

You make all our services known in a clear and fun way. You create a dynamic partner recruitment strategy. You highlight our approach on both the social and gastronomic sides while pleasing the algorithms. With the supervision of the d-Operational Director, you will spread your strategic actions over the following divisions:

  1. Sales 

  • You will participate in the development and implementation of an engagement strategy for future partners and ensure a regular contribution of new partners by leading a prospecting strategy;

  • You will send quotes and follow up on requests for workshops/teambuilding/company lunches with the support of the Operational Director and the Chef.

  • You participate in events, workshops, teambuilding, company lunches (day, evening, weekend)

  1. Administrative 

  • You are an accounting support for data entry. You manage the encoding of tickets on our platform, check payments and receipts.

  • You manage incoming and outgoing calls on the restaurant phone.

  • You manage the mailbox: 

  • You write documents and letters related to our activity

  1. Social  (yes, we are a non-profit 😉 organisation)

  • You'll pick up the unsold items, sort them, bring them back and put them away

  • You're going to look for new partners for unsold goods


  • You are bilingual in French and English and have a good knowledge of Dutch;

  • You have a creative, curious mind and are result-oriented;

  • You are autonomous and ready to take responsibility;

  • You're a multitasker;

  • Stress gives you energy;

  • MS Office and other tools are part of your daily life;

  • You like the idea of showcasing a social impact project;

  • You are attracted by sales and the food sector;

  • You are enthusiastic, enterprising and flexible;

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and communication holds no secrets for you.


  • You are passionate about the possibility of acting as an actor of a better world and like to testify about this approach to the public (multiple external events).

  • You love plants, and are skilled with your hands!

  • You love dogs;

  • You know the world of Horeca or Food

  • You drive motorcycles, cars and vans (just the B license, it's okay ;))
