Job description
You translate the company's strategic ambition into an action plan to be implemented. Your ability to anticipate allows you to intervene in change management, you are one of the pivots of the organization. You set up actions to increase visibility on the one hand for Entropy Restaurant in order to bring more customers and on the other hand Hearth Project as part of our values of raising awareness in the fight against food waste.
You make all our services known in a clear and fun way. You create a dynamic communication strategy that engages our communities. You highlight our approach on both the social and gastronomic sides while pleasing the algorithms. With the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, you will distribute your strategic actions over the following divisions:
Communication Internship
Content research, elaboration of the editorial schedule, creation of posts for the social networks (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) of Hearth Project and Entropy Restaurant according to 2 different editorial lines
Video editing of Instagram reels and development of other capsules
Video & Photo Content Creation
Newsletter writing
Copywriting behind the scenes of a kitchen
Creative content development on Canva
Organizing and sharing news articles
Performance analysis and actions accordingly
Creating Wikipedia Pages
Tracking and referencing of our Youtube page
You participate in external events to ensure communication on our networks (daytime, evening, weekend)
WEB
Management of the various business profiles (Google My Business, Tripadvisor, TheFork, AppleMaps, Mapstr) & respond to customer reviews
Updated Hearth Project and Entropy Restaurant websites (Godaddy and Centralapp) based on Hearth Project and Entropy Restaurant news
GRAPHICS
Design of restaurant menus and other visuals (events, vouchers, RS posts, etc.)
Consistency in our graphic charter
Profile
You are a student in communication and/or marketing
You have a creative, curious mind and are result-oriented;
You are autonomous and ready to take responsibility;
MS Office and SEO analytics tools are part of your daily life
You like the idea of showcasing a social impact project
You are attracted by digital marketing and the food sector
You manage Canva with ease
You are enthusiastic, enterprising and flexible.
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You are fluent in French and have a professional knowledge of English and/or Dutch.
