Who says schools and companies can't work together? Not the Foundation for Education, in any case! đ Here, ideas never remain in dusty PowerPoints: they become tangible projects that bring education and the professional world closer together to boost the development of students, from primary school to entry into working life. đ±
In Brussels and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, the Foundation for Education (FPE) acts as a dynamic bridge between schools (all networks combined) and companies... Because preparing young people for the challenges of tomorrow is built hand in hand, not in separate silos! đŻ As a result, she does not just animate dialogues: she transforms them into active collaborations. Co-constructed projects that reinvent orientation, teacher training, immersion in companies or the discovery of professions... Great, right? đ€©
What makes the FPE truly unique is its ability to bring together actors as diverse as school organising authorities, sectoral organisations, large groups and local SMEs around the same table . đŹ Together, they create concrete initiatives, such as cross-sectoral career paths, immersive training for teachers or digital solutions to reduce the educational divide. FPE's projects are not bubbles of isolated ideas, but networks of impact that spread on a large scale, improve equity and breathe new life into the Francophone educational landscape. As you can see, here, change takes place with the actors on the ground ! đ€

A taste of the team
The Fondation pour l'Enseignement is above all an agile, responsive and profoundly human team. Composed of committed professionals, the team is driven by a solid desire to move the educational lines in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
Each member brings complementary expertise, whether in the analysis of needs in the field, the facilitation of multi-stakeholder collaborations or the detailed understanding of the challenges of the education system. đ Together, they work to design, manage and monitor ambitious projects, while remaining attentive to schools, teachers, students and companies.
Team spirit is felt on a daily basis: meetings are never jargon-fests, but moments of constructive exchange where everyone can propose, test and iterate ideas. The FPE never loses sight of the fact that the impact depends as much on the quality of internal relations as on the quality of external projects. A little bonus: the flexibility of work (with the possibility of teleworking đĄ), informal exchanges over coffee â, team buildings or collective debriefings after educational events feed a collaborative culture without ego.

La Fondation pour lâEnseignement agit pour un systĂšme Ă©ducatif plus Ă©quitable et pertinent en rapprochant Ă©cole et monde professionnel. GrĂące Ă des projets concrets coconstruits avec des acteurs variĂ©s, elle amĂ©liore lâorientation des Ă©lĂšves, valorise les compĂ©tences mĂ©tiers et fait Ă©voluer les pratiques pĂ©dagogiques vers des approches plus inclusives, innovantes et alignĂ©es sur les besoins socio-Ă©conomiques actuels.
En FĂ©dĂ©ration Wallonie-Bruxelles, la FPE joue un rĂŽle ancrĂ© dans les rĂ©alitĂ©s territoriales. Elle dĂ©veloppe des projets adaptĂ©s aux besoins des Ă©coles et des entreprises locales, stimule la formation continue des enseignants via des immersions en entreprise et soutient des parcours mĂ©tiers en lien avec le tissu Ă©conomique rĂ©gional, renforçant ainsi lâemployabilitĂ© des jeunes et lâattractivitĂ© des filiĂšres professionnelles. đ
MĂȘme si lâĂ©ducation environnementale nâest pas le cĆur de mission, la FPE favorise des initiatives Ă©ducatives intĂ©grant la transition Ă©cologique et des compĂ©tences STEM, contribuant ainsi Ă former des citoyen·ne·s et professionnel·le·s conscients des dĂ©fis environnementaux. Par la sensibilisation et la diffusion de bonnes pratiques, elle soutient une culture Ă©ducative qui valorise aussi la durabilitĂ© et lâinnovation responsable.
Au-delĂ de lâĂ©ducation, la FPE catalyse des rĂ©seaux dâexpertise et dâinnovation entre collectivitĂ©s publiques, entreprises et organisations Ă©ducatives. Elle influence les politiques Ă©ducatives via des propositions structurantes, participe aux dĂ©bats sur le Pacte pour un Enseignement dâExcellence et contribue Ă inspirer des pratiques pĂ©dagogiques renouvelĂ©es, renforçant le rĂŽle clĂ© de lâĂ©ducation dans le dĂ©veloppement humain et Ă©conomique de la FĂ©dĂ©ration Wallonie-Bruxelles.
