Founded in 1948 and now carried by the 3rd generation of the Degauquier family, DAP now has 157 employees in 10 human-sized offices in Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders. In 15 years, the group has grown from 7 to 150 employees by consolidating 52 insurance portfolios, while remaining faithful to one vision: The Only Social Efficient Broker. 🚀

The family spirit is real: when an employee lost everything in a fire, the whole team mobilized spontaneously: collections, donations, messages of support, help to rearrange everything. Here, we don't leave anyone behind. 🤝
In terms of team life, DAP doesn't do things by halves! Annual 5-day team building in Greece, two team buildings in June and January, monthly collaborative lunch, Luminas workshops with professional coach, running, pink walking, 20km of Brussels, 100km Cap48. 🏃
The icing on the cake? Swimming pool at the Leuze office, monthly professional masseuse, private coaching paid for by the company and 14% of the capital held by the employees. 💪

Each DAP office actively supports local folklore associations and festivals. The company favours the recruitment of employees close to their office to promote a balance between private and professional life, and relies on the social ladder through major training courses. 🏘️
