Job description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the conductor of our sales team and will perform the following functions:

Coordinate the sales team

  • Coordinate the team in a shared governance mode (currently 3 people)

  • Ensure that the sales team has all the elements (equipment, training, tools, information, etc.) to carry out its mission

  • Create a pleasant and efficient work environment

  • Coordinate the creation and update of processes, tools (including the Odoo CRM) and templates

  • Plan workload, identify recruitment and marketing needs

  • Welcoming, mentoring and training new employees

Contribute to the commercial development of the cooperative

  • Coordinate the development of the annual activity program, ensure its follow-up, and report it to the other bodies of the cooperative

  • Ensure the proper follow-up of all prospects and the achievement of commercial objectives

  • Follow developments in the sector, analyse them, propose strategic orientations

  • Actively participate in promising networks for the cooperative and in events to represent Coopeos, embodying the company's values

  • Participate in the development of a network of strategic partners

In addition to the role of sales coordinator, you will take on the role of technical sales representative and accompany prospects from the first contact to the signing of the contract. In this sense, you will perform the following functions:

  • Manage customer contact, understanding their technical, economic, social, and environmental needs

  • Carry out studies to establish the feasibility of a wood boiler project, at the following levels :

  • Technical : sizing of the equipment, installation of the new boiler room, choice of the solutions best suited to the needs

  • Economic: costing and analysis of the profitability of the project

  • Draw up the offer, the contract and the commercial documents

Given the number of requests that come in spontaneously, you will not be able to· "Pure prospecting".

Profile

  • You have an engineer-type profile (bioengineer, management, industrial, civil) or equivalent by experience, preferably with an orientation in the field of energy.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork, with excellent communication and listening skills. You know how to unite and motivate a group. You have a proven ability to work collaboratively, and bring out the best in each individual and the group. You are familiar with or interested in participatory governance, experience in this area being an asset.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in coordinating a sales team .

  • Passionate about energy issues and renewable energies, you have or are ready to acquire the basic skills of the field (EPB, energy audit, wood boilers, heating, hydraulics, regulation, electricity, etc.).

  • You have a technical responsibility to interact on an equal footing with your interlocutors, mainly technical managers from schools, nursing homes, companies, hospitals, etc.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the sale of technical projects with a minimum amount of €100,000.

  • You are organized, rigorous, have a sense of organization and planning. Without being obstinate, you get to the bottom of things.

  • You practice self-criticism and learn from your mistakes, as well as from the reactions of others.

  • You are dynamic and resistant to stress. Oriented·You take initiative when you encounter difficulties.

  • You fully share Coopeos' values and adhere to Coopeos' charter. You have an interest in the cooperative spirit and environmental and energy issues.
