Job description
You are responsible for the installation of wood-fired boiler rooms at our customers' sites. You take charge of the project from A to Z : from the first customer contact, through the signing of the contract, the implementation of the project in its entirety to the acceptance.

Missions and responsibilities
You accompany prospects from the first contact to the signing of the contract
You carry out studies to establish the feasibility of a wood boiler project (technical, economic and environmental aspects).
You draw up the offer, the contract and the commercial đŒ documents
On a technical level, you will be required to make choices for the different techniques implemented in the project, to design and size certain components.
You manage the project budget .
You plan and purchase the major components of the installation (boilers, storage equipment, conveying, etc.). You will plan the interventions of Coopeos teams and subcontractors, for a smooth running of the site, while respecting the contractual deadlines.
You will coordinate the various stakeholders : design office, earthworks, small civil engineering, masonry, handling (container, silo, conveyor screws, boilers, etc.), piping, electrical wiring, etc. You define the specifications, select the subcontractors, plan their intervention and are their interlocutor for the realization of quality work.
You represent Coopeos to our customers and embody the company's values.
You participate in the role of guard (24/7, divided between all members of the technical team).
Profile
You have an engineering degree in electromechanics or have developed equivalent experience
You are highly versatile in the technical fields and have or are ready to acquire skills in HVAC, hydraulics, boilers, combustion, control, PID reading, dimensioning and component selection
You have a general knowledge of PLCs and control principles
You have conclusive experience in project management and you are comfortable in monitoring budgets and schedules
You are proficient in common office tools (Excel, Word,...). Knowledge of MS-project, Autocad, Fusion and Visio is an asset
Safety on construction sites is a daily focus for you
You have good listening skills and a good analytical mind to detect and understand customer needs
You have an interest in the cooperative spirit and environmental and energy issues
