Within a team of 4 people, and under the coordination of the Finance & Administration Manager, you will be mainly responsible for:

Process incoming invoices from suppliers.
Control, record and follow up on all invoices and credit notes.
Track expenses in line with the objectives and procedures in place.
You will be responsible for the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles, including vehicle orders, claims management, assistance and contract terminations.

Your missions:

Be the key interlocutor with our suppliers and internal customers.
Proactively track supplier invoice payments according to the approval process and established contract conditions.
Track expenses and provide monthly reporting in line with company objectives.
Develop and track KPIs related to expense management.
Monitor the fleet of company vehicles – respond to ad hoc needs/requests.
Collaborate with various internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Human Resources & Marketing.

You have at least a baccalaureate with an economic orientation.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
You have a perfect command of French and have a basic knowledge of Dutch, both for comprehension and oral expression.
You are proficient in the Office suite.
You are recognized for your qualities in terms of communication, rigor and precision.
You have a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
You work in an organized and autonomous manner.
