Job description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team from June 2024.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire business aspect of the brewery and restaurant, including Sales, HR and Admin. It is therefore a job with high responsibility/visibility where you will be the right-hand man of the managers/founders as well as the link between the different teams ;
Your missions:
Administrative management of human resources: recruitment, contracts and monthly payroll of staff (+30 people).
Sales support: order tracking, delivery planning, invoicing and excise duties
Day-to-day business management: purchasing, inventory management, invoicing, excise, and various administrative tasks.
Be the point of contact between the different teams (production, management, sales, suppliers, restaurant, etc.)
Profile
Bachelor's degree relevant
Min. 1 year of experience in a commercial enterprise
Excellent organization and thoroughness
Owner mindset and no 9-5 mentality
Ability to work independently
Want to work in a growing SME
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Mail)
ERP experience (Odoo) and Adobe suite is a plus
