Bar/Café Manager

We are looking for a manager for Café Lutgarde located in Ixelles. Craft beers and tapas are on offer. Events are organized from time to time (exhibitions, sporting events, birthdays, etc.)

You will be responsible for overseeing all activities of the bar: managing staff, purchasing drinks, planning events and ensuring quality service to our guests.

We are open-minded and eager to learn from everyone. We are looking for someone who brings their own ideas as well as a team spirit to help us maintain a high quality service.

• You are fluent in French (Dutch is an asset);

• Comfortable in society and in contact with customers;

• Willing to learn about beers and explain our products (crafts);

• Take responsibility and lead a team during shifts;

• Rigorous, organized, autonomous, réactive and flexible; (evenings and weekends);

• Able to work under pressure during periods of high activity;

• Available at least 28 hours per week
