Job Description:

As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our bar. Your main missions include:

Supervision of operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing, inventory, and ordering supplies.
Team Management: Train, mentor and motivate a team of bartenders and servers to ensure exceptional customer service.
Cocktail creation: Developing and updating our cocktail menu with innovative creations and revisited classics.
Event Management: Organize and coordinate special events, theme nights and collaborations with other establishments.
Customer Relations: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by meeting customer needs and expectations with professionalism and courtesy.
Compliance with standards: Ensure that all health, safety and legislative standards are met.

Profile

Rigoureux.se, organized, autonomous, réactif.ve and flexible ; (evenings and weekends);
Able to work under pressure during busy periods;
Experiment: Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a management role.
Mixology skills: In-depth knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques and current trends.
Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent communication skills.
Organization: Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Available at least 28 hours per week
Languages: Fluency in French and English; Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
