Job description

BON, which specialises in healthy ready-to-eat food, offers a wide range of smoothies, salads, breads, wraps, spring rolls, as well as hot dishes and pastries. BON now has 11 points of sale located throughout the Brussels region as well as in Liège and Antwerp.

For one of our Brussels shops, we are looking for a motivated Shop Manager to join our team.

As a Shop Manager:

  • You are responsible for the operational and administrative management of your point of sale;

  • You are in charge of leading your team to achieve the set objectives;

  • You ensure that the criteria in terms of quality of service, sales, maintenance and productivity are met.

  • You are an example for your team and you are the reference on how the point of sale works;

  • You keep your team highly motivated, organized and mobilized around clear objectives;

  • You ensure the development of your team in order to be able to make it evolve and make it autonomous;

  • You make your employees aware of the importance of offering quality products and a pleasant environment (cleanliness, atmosphere,....);

  • Together with your team, you make sure to offer your customers impeccable service;

  • You ensure the achievement of business objectives, in particular by building customer loyalty;

  • You propose and implement action plans to develop ancillary sales;

  • You analyze and comment on your dashboards every week in order to stay on track with your turnover and productivity objectives;

  • You maintain adequate stock levels (no stock-outs, sufficient turnover, management of expiry dates).


  • You are a hands-on, versatile person;

  • Your dynamism, your leadership, your ability to bring people together make you an excellent manager;

  • You are rigorous, organized and positive;

  • You have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication;

  • You have great analytical skills, an ability with numbers and performance indicators;

  • Quality of service and customer satisfaction are your priorities.
