Your mission

As a Key Account Business Developer, you play a key role in the development of our B2B sales. You target:

  • Food retailers who want to enrich their offering with our artisanal products.

  • Companies and service providers in office areas, looking for quality lunch solutions for their employees or customers.

You start in the Brussels region, where you can mobilise your network immediately. Then you will support our expansion to Antwerp, Liège and Ghent.

You act quickly, but always with a long-term vision. Because we are not looking for a salesperson looking for a quick deal, but a strong partner in business development – capable of translating our brand promise "Freshly Handcrafted for you, Anytime" into high-impact customer relationships.

Profile

Are you an experienced B2B professional with a network in the foodservice or food distribution sector?
Do you have the ability to detect business opportunities and transform them into lasting collaborations, without falling into the classic sales pitch?
Then this opportunity is for you.

What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales function in food, catering, hospitality or distribution.

  • A relevant network that can be activated in the Brussels region (and beyond).

  • An approach that is both autonomous and collaborative, capable of navigating between prospecting and loyalty.

  • A developed commercial sense, combined with a real relational involvement.

  • An ability to think both from the customer's point of view and from our brand value: Bon makes you feel better.
