Project description
At YesBabylon, we design software that adapts to companies, not the other way around.
In a digital world that is constantly changing, many organizations find themselves locked into rigid, expensive or obsolescent tools.
Our mission is simple : to create tailor-made, scalable and sustainable digital solutions, aligned with real uses, teams and budget constraints. We intervene where complexity sets in: process automation, orchestration of business workflows, integration of heterogeneous tools, development of business applications, MVPs and POCs. Each project is designed to be maintainable, testable and extensible, without imposed technical debt.
At YesBabylon, technology is never an end in itself: it is a tool at the service of uses, teams and the long term
Searched profile
Today, I want to join forces with a versatile person, capable of carrying both a technical and an operational dimension.
The objective is not to "do everything", but to build a complementary core where everyone can take charge of a concrete part of the company, with autonomy, rigour and a long-term vision.
I am therefore looking for a profile capable of intervening in both the development and structuring of the activity, in a pragmatic logic: to move the company forward, consolidate the foundations, and co-construct a sustainable project.
⚙️ Technical dimension
You have a real technical culture, and you are able to contribute concretely to the production, deployment or evolution of solutions.
This can take several forms :
Back-end development / application architecture
Front-end development / UI integration
DevOps / Infrastructure / Automation
Integration of ERP, business workflows or interconnected solutions
The important thing is not to be an expert everywhere, but to have a real ability to understand the systems, intervene effectively and take on technical responsibilities.
🧩 Operational dimension
You are also able to take charge of part of the structuring of the company and its operations.
For example :
HR / Recruitment / Team Management
Financial strategy, pricing, cost monitoring
Marketing, communication, visibility and acquisition
Structuring of internal processes, organization, management
You know how to manage concrete subjects, make decisions, implement simple and effective tools, and move the company forward on a daily basis.
Beyond skills, I am looking for a person :
Autonomous and reliable, capable of supporting a wide range of
Results-oriented, with a pragmatic approach
Able to think long term (sustainability, quality, structuring)
Who likes to build, improve, organize
Sensitive to the values of Open Source, transparency and sustainability
Why this project?
💡Because digital technology can (and must) remain a lever for sustainable progress:
Designing software that is truly adapted to business uses
Simplify existing systems that have become too complex,
Build robust and scalable architectures,
Avoid imposed software obsolescence,
Defend an Open Source, transparent and accountable approach,
Create a sustainable technical partnership with organizations.
Commitments to a sustainable world
🌱 Responsible and sustainable digital technology
We develop software that is built to last: open, documented, auditable, and maintainable. Open Source is for us a pragmatic choice in the service of quality, security and technological independence.
🤝 Tools that strengthen human relationships
Our solutions support the work of teams instead of constraining them. By respecting existing business practices, they facilitate collaboration, the transmission of knowledge and business continuity.
⚙️ A controlled digital transformation
No technological one-upmanship. We favor simple, interoperable and scalable solutions, with a reasoned use of low-code, no-code and automation to optimize costs without sacrificing technical mastery.
About the founder
Cédric Françoys
Cofounder
I am Cédric, both an entrepreneur and driven by the need to understand how things work. I wrote my first program at the age of 10, then discovered C and C++, before naturally training as a software engineer and founding my first IT company at 26.
With nearly 20 years of professional experience, I have had the opportunity to take on many technical and organizational challenges in a wide variety of contexts and sectors: from low-level development to complex software architectures.
These experiences have shaped the way I design robust, scalable systems that are aligned with real uses. Very early on, I chose Open Source as a basis for reflection and development. Not only as an ideological posture, but also as a pragmatic response to the challenges of quality, sustainability and technological independence
