Our climate tech start-up located at the heart of Brussels is looking for our next sparring partner. A curious individual, ready to challenge the status quo and helping our CEO in his day-to-day tasks.

What you’ll do in a few words
Tapio’s team is growing fast and our strategic initiatives, business operations, and revenue management continue to evolve as we do. You’ll be supervised and trained by our CEO, and after having discovered our carbon strategy platform and met your teammates, you’ll work on the following missions:
You will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders on these projects.
Set up internal tools and processes to improve team efficiency.
Participate in strategic projects including on the international expansion of Tapio.
Contribute to the HR structuring and management, and to the recruitment of new talents.
Coordinate and support the different teams (Sales, Service, Tech, etc. ) on various topics.
Contribute to the CEO’s communication with the rest of the team (e-mails, documentation, etc.).
Carry out data analysis and reporting on the business, for internal or external use.
Build and develop the company culture through events, team building and parties.
Improve and cultivate employees’ career paths.
Manage Tapio’s key stakeholders (employees, board, investors, …).
Support with financial tasks (fundraising, subsidies, acceleration programs, …).
Improve knowledge management.
We are looking for
Awareness and sensitivity to climate issues, motivation, proactivity, creativity, rigor and ownership. We are looking for someone eager to learn more, autonomous, and able to take initiative.
Our ideal candidate:
Education : you have a higher education degree, from a business or engineering school. You are looking to gain skills and responsibilities very quickly.
Ownership : you are a doer and aim for results.
Purpose : you have a strong interest and sensitivity to climate in general.
Efficiency : you are analytical and rigorous, very focused on details, and you are fond of productivity tools.
Adaptability : you have a strong ability to adapt, you are curious and independent.
Autonomy: you're able to work on your own and move forward independently
Mindset : you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you are willing to get better everyday to reach excellence. You like to learn and surpass yourself.
Problem solver : you are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.
Language: you have an excellent level of English and French or Dutch.

Previous experience in a similar position
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – French or Dutch is a plus
Are familiar with the processes of calculating and reducing greenhouse gas emissions: carbon report (GHG protocol), Lyfe Cycle Assessment (Simapro or other), SBTs, …
Sensibility to climate issues, motivation, proactivity, creativity, rigor, ownership and enthusiasm.
Endless learner, eager to keep track of state-of-the-art technology
