Three and a half years of slowpreneurship. Mistake, revelation or real alternative?

Episode description
French

In this first episode of a new season, I take you with me on a very personal look back at these 3 and a half years of slowpreneurship, an adventure that has profoundly transformed my way of doing business... and my way of life.

I share what has changed since the launch of the Slow Tribe, the doubts at the beginning, the adjustments, the surprises, the impulses too. I tell you what I learned from the women I supported in the Tribe and in the Slow & Grow journey, the strength of the bonds created in the community, and everything that has gradually emerged around a new way of working: gentler, more aware, more respectful of my energy.

It's an intimate and sincere episode, where I also talk about financial security, the relationship with money, the pressure to perform, sisterhood and these new entrepreneurial narratives that we need so much.

If, like me, you are looking to build a more aligned, more human, and more sustainable path, then this episode is for you.

Happy listening!

About the podcast

Entrepreneurship after a burnout", is a podcast that addresses the challenges and realities of female entrepreneurship after exhaustion. Entrepreneurship often means living from one's passion, experiencing freedom and a sense of accomplishment. But it can also be a source of pressure, isolation and stress. When you add to this the after-effects of burnout and the risk of relapse, the challenges become even more complex. In this podcast, alone or with my guests, I invite you to discover other models of entrepreneurship than those that advocate always doing more, always stronger. Far from a simple recommendation to "take time for yourself", I invite you to discover Slowpreneurship through spontaneous conversations, practical advice and inspiring testimonies. Welcome to Entrepreneurship after a burnout, where each episode takes you one step further towards a more conscious, serene and sustainable entrepreneurship. I am Nathalie Wouters, founder of the Slow Tribe, the anti-burnout community of committed women entrepreneurs.
