Candice Enderlé - The energy that connects Kaya, at the service of the collective!

Candice Enderlé plays an essential role within Kaya: the one who is not always seen, but who makes everything possible.

In this episode recorded at Batibouw 2025, we finally (re)discover the one that connects members, coordinates events, welcomes newcomers and facilitates exchanges in collective intelligence.

Candice tells us about her journey:

  • a childhood marked by the hole in the Ozone layer, climate injustice and eye-opening travel,

  • a family heritage full of common sense, ingenuity and eco-construction before its time,

  • seven reconstructions of life, all guided by the same compass: acting for ecological and inner adaptation,

  • projects founded and carried out with fervour (Rehabit, Cojinudo, La Ressource, Alma Sana), always aligned with "doing things differently".

His arrival at Kaya? First of all, a coincidence... then an obvious one.
Today, she coordinates the community, organizes Kaya@Home and major events, facilitates meetings with decision-makers, highlights ecopreneurs and supports all internal dynamics.

As the episode progresses, we understand the value of this role: discreet, demanding, profoundly human, and crucial for the movement.

Candice finally shares her hopes for Kaya:
More structural resources, more time to act, and still this collective dynamic that is the strength of the group.
(... And a nod to Benoît, president!)

A sincere, strong exchange, and necessary to understand what keeps Kaya going:
the energy of the people who work every day in the shadows, with meaning and determination.
