Aurélie Mulowa transforms anger into a driving force. And it is as powerful as it is funny.

Founder of Belgian Entreprenoires, she has been supporting and highlighting African-Belgian women entrepreneurs since 2020.

In 5 years, she has supported more than 300 women, organized 3 editions of the Winter Market, and created a unique training, visibility and networking platform in Belgium.

In this episode, she looks back at the roots of her commitment.

Healthy anger. An assault. A response to the system.

And a vital need to create a space for those we don't see.

Belgian Entreprenoires was born from a double observation: the invisibilization of black women in entrepreneurship, and the lack of support specific to their realities.

Aurélie tells us powerfully about what pushed her to create this project.

But also the attacks she still receives today: insults, outright racism, absurd accusations — and the constant fatigue of having to justify everything.

And yet, it continues.

Because she knows that this commitment changes trajectories.

Because she hears, at the end of an event: "Thank you Aurélie, for once we are being considered."

And that it gives him the energy to move forward.
