Episode description
French

I have the pleasure of welcoming Alexandre Helson. Alexandre is the co-CEO of Maison Dandoy, the famous and oldest biscuit factory in Brussels.

In this episode, Alexandre invites us to rethink the company in the light of planetary boundaries and to explore ways to adapt the house's heritage to the challenges of the 21st century. He shares his vision of a regenerative economy, respectful of the environment and people, relying in particular on initiatives such as Farm for Good and Olivier Hamant's inspiring reflections on the principles of robustness.

The challenge for a 200-year-old family business is to still exist in 200 years. It is therefore a real lesson in transmission and " sustainability " that Alexandre offers us, while showing that strong values and a quest for meaning can guide a company towards a desirable future.
