I have the pleasure of welcoming Alexandre Helson. Alexandre is the co-CEO of Maison Dandoy, the famous and oldest biscuit factory in Brussels.
In this episode, Alexandre invites us to rethink the company in the light of planetary boundaries and to explore ways to adapt the house's heritage to the challenges of the 21st century.
