Maitre d'Hôtel / Catering planner
Job description
Manage the incoming flow: analyze requests, respond quickly, qualify needs.
Establish clear and attractive quotes via our specialized software.
Transform and orchestrate: communicate confirmations internally, plan events and deliveries.
Coordinate on a daily basis with the kitchen and restaurant managers.
Challenge the offer: propose improvements, optimize costs/quality, source new ideas.
Guarantee execution: ensure good service on D-Day, presence in the field when necessary.
Customer relations: being the point of contact, collecting feedback and ensuring follow-up.
Development: generate leads (networks, partners, B2B), feed the sales pipeline.
Administrative: encoding, tracking and issuing invoices in the tool; Simple and regular reporting.
Profile
Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in horeca/events/catering (mandatory).
Diplomacy, honesty, reliability, excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of confidentiality.
Solution-oriented and high-priority mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Physical and operational ability to follow active days (visits, assembly, deliveries).
Digital fluency: CRM/ERP tools, office suites, messaging, social networks.
Organisation, rigour, autonomy... and a good dose of fun.
Holder of a B licence.
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
