Circular Operations and Projects - Internship
Job description
We are looking for an intern to strengthen the Operations & Projects team of Composil ReUse.
The internship is concrete, varied and close to the field. You will participate in the operational development of the business, from identifying batches of reusable carpet tiles to monitoring projects, construction sites and environmental data. You will work alongside the team on topics related to logistics, site coordination, quality control, sustainability and business development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:
Prepare and monitor recovery sites : coordination with customers, partners and internal teams, preparation of on-site interventions, follow-up of the removal of carpet tiles and compliance with deadlines, site constraints and quality requirements.
Carry out on-site quality audits to assess the potential for reuse of the slabs : check the general condition, analyse wear and cleanliness, take photos, collect technical information and contribute to audit reports.
Contribute to the logistical organization of operations : planning of transports with carriers, comparison of logistics options and follow-up of pick-ups.
Identify new sources of reusable carpet tiles: Search for companies, property managers, architects, or building stakeholders, build a database of leads, and track business opportunities related to reuse.
Participate in environmental and sustainability monitoring projects : structuring data for calculating carbon emissions, preparing grant applications, calls for projects or initiatives around the circular economy.
Profile
We are looking for a master's student, ideally in a field related to business management, project management, logistics, circular economy or sustainability. You are organized, rigorous, autonomous and solution-oriented. We like to understand how things work on the ground and we want to contribute to a concrete project, with a real impact.
This internship is intended for a curious, dynamic and comfortable person in an environment where the days can be very different: an on-site audit, logistics follow-up, data analysis, coordination with a customer or thinking about a new circular project. Good communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with customers, partners, and operations teams.
Period: ideally, from September 2026. Minimum duration of 3 months with possibility of extension.
Student internship, master's level or final year of bachelor's degree.
B driver's license required.
Languages: at least one language among French, Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Why apply?
At Composil ReUse, you don't come to "observe" the circular economy: you participate directly in it.
We offer real-world experience in an impact company, active in reusing and reducing carbon emissions. You will discover behind the scenes of a growing company, with varied missions, real responsibilities and a direct link to the sector.
You will join a committed, dynamic and accessible team, who like to work with positive energy on a daily basis.
At Composil, we take work seriously, without ever forgetting team spirit. Accept the fun.
