Today, shopping without generating waste has become a real headache. The agri-food industry is drowning us in packaging and plastic... and we're fed up.

At Nowa Market, we want to change the game: we make sustainable shopping simpler, more convenient and more accessible. 👌

Because for us, acting for the planet is not just about recycling: it's about refusing plastic from the start.

Desired profile

I'm looking for a committed co-founder to take Nowa Market (and our ERP spin-off, Nowa Logistics) to the next level. 🔥
I'm not looking for perfection – we all have our blind spots – but I'd like to partner with someone who complements my vision with strong analytical and operational skills.

👉 Your ideal profile:

Excellent knowledge of financial and operational issues
Experience in fundraising and investor relations
At ease in a demanding, fast and resourceful startup environment
Ready to get your hands dirty
Comfortable with tech tools, ideally with experience in:
- SaaS (for Nowa Logistics – our locker management system)
- Foodtech or e-commerce 💻 platforms
Strategic thinking with a builder's mentality

Bonus : knowledge of the circular economy or sustainable 💚 issues

At Nowa Market, we make zero-waste consumption accessible by delivering organic products in reusable containers — to reduce single-use packaging from the source. Every order avoids unnecessary plastic and supports local and ethical producers.

But we don't stop there: with Nowa Logistics, we are developing a locker management ERP to help stores, suppliers and producers adopt reusable systems on a large scale.

Cofounder

I'm Ophélie, founder of Nowa Market, a zero-waste e-commerce platform based in Brussels. 👋 We facilitate sustainable consumption by delivering organic and plastic-free products in reusable containers, at home, in business or at a relay point.

What drives me is to make the circular and low-impact lifestyle accessible and concrete for everyone - not just for convinced environmentalists. I value transparency, ingenuity, and real impact.

At Nowa, I built not only a customer-oriented brand, but also Nowa Logistics, our own ERP for managing lockers from our suppliers to the end users. 🌱

My next goal is to scale this system and bring deposit management to a wider market. I'm looking for a co-founder in line with our mission - comfortable with tech, curious and solution-oriented - to help me build the digital infrastructure of the circular economy. 🚀
