Few people know this, but an insurance policy can also finance social or cultural projects.

What is DAP Solidarity? 💡

DAP Solidarity is the solidarity insurance programme of the Belgian group Degauquier & Partners (DAP), an independent insurance, credit, and investment broker. You take out insurance under standard conditions. Then, 10% of your premium is allocated to a non-profit project of your choice. DAP announces that this costs you nothing extra.

🔎 How does it work?

You contact DAP, which assesses your needs and sends you an offer. Once the offer is accepted and the premium paid, you receive virtual \u00ab DAP \u00bb credits on their platform. You then distribute them among one or more partner projects. When a project reaches its goal, DAP pays the amount to the association.

One credit is worth one cent. They are cumulative, have no expiration date, and cannot be converted into money for you. If you do not choose anything after one month, DAP distributes your credits among the partner associations. You can also change projects after each premium payment.
