Job description
As a Customer Care Associate, you answer policyholders' questions about the terms and conditions of group health insurance contracts, reimbursements and procedures by phone, e-mail or simple post.
On a daily basis:
You are the first point of contact for all questions relating to the group health insurance contract
You answer incoming calls (90% of your time) in compliance with quality and productivity criteria
You analyze your customers ' requests and make sure to provide them with a complete response
You contribute to customer satisfaction through your communication and are attentive to offering a personalized service by responding to customer demand
Profile
Your profile as a Customer Care Associate:
You like customer contact and are attentive to customer satisfaction
You enjoy learning new subjects and have an interest in the insurance or healthcare industry
You have an excellent command of French and Dutch (bilingualism, C1 or C2 level required)
You are result-oriented in order to be as efficient as possible
You are quality-oriented and provide reliable information
You have an upper secondary school diploma with proven experience or a baccalaureate or equivalent professional experience
